How is this different from working with Noir Dove?

Noir Dove is a two-founder firm running one structured, fixed-fee commercial diagnostic. This is me personally, an ongoing advisory relationship without a fixed process or price. If your situation fits Noir Dove’s model, I’ll say so and point you there.

How is this different from hiring a fractional CMO?

A fractional CMO executes your marketing function. I’m a founder and advisor first. I’ve built two companies and currently advise three more, and I bring that judgment to your specific decisions rather than running a team for you.

How many founders do you work with at once?

A small number, on purpose. I’d rather do this well for a handful of founders than adequately for twenty.

What does an engagement actually look like?

Working sessions every two to four weeks, plus direct access when something can’t wait. No fixed deliverables list. We figure out what you actually need as we go.

Do you also handle execution?

Not personally, and not as a packaged service. If the work points to execution, marketing, sales, or product delivery, that’s what Noir Dove is built for, and I’ll make the introduction.
